๐Ÿป๐Ÿˆ FOOTBALL CORNER

A pair of Montana Grizzlies have been named players to watch for college football's premier postseason all-star game, with Junior Bergen and Cole Grossman named to the 2024 Reese's Senior Bowl watchlist, the game's organizers announced Wednesday (READ MORE).

For the first time, perhaps ever, at the University of Montana, the Grizzlies will have two defensive coordinators on the headsets and calling the shots to come gameday, and it's familiar territory for both (READ MORE).

๐Ÿปโšฝ SOCCER OFF TO HOT START

Montana redshirt sophomore goalkeeper Ashlyn Dvorak was named the Big Sky Conference co-Defensive Player of the Week on Tuesday by the league office (READ MORE).

Delaney Lou Schorr's goal less than four minutes into the second half proved to be the game-winner as Montana won its season opener on Friday morning at South Campus Stadium, shutting out Colorado College 1-0 in a weather-delayed match as part of the Rumble in the Rockies (READ MORE).

The Griz defeated Oregon State 3-0 at home on Sunday in front of a 1,190-person crowd to improve to 2-0 on the season (READ MORE).
